Deeply therapeutic, the therapist presses warm stones on acupressure points and uses a combination of deep pressure on knotted muscles and gentle massage to balance tension and relaxation. Soothing Indian Head and Shoulder Massage

Shiatsu Chair Massage
45 minutes – £50
In Japanese, ‘Shiatsu’ means, “finger pressure”. For shiatsu massage, the therapist uses varied, rhythmic pressure on certain precise points of the body. The treatment is an incredible way to recharge your energy, and improve mental performance through the release of muscular tension, neck strain, and problems related to the shoulders and back. If you work under tremendous pressure, this is for you. It is conducted on a comfortable on-site chair and does not require you to change out of your clothes.

During pregnancy the body goes through major changes. This treatment is designed to ease backache, fluid retention, stress, fatigue and tired legs, as well as improving skin tone and elasticity. Specially-designed massage pillows are used to help you into a comfortable position for the treatment.
All initial treatment requires an additional free 15 minutes case history consultation to determine any contraindications. Below is a list of some of the conditions contraindicated:

- Steroid/Thyroid medication
- Broken bones / Bruising
- Waxing if within 24 hours
- Drug / Alcohol consumption
